		<description>I was just sent this information today.  I remember seeing the first report on this young man when he was 14.  Now he is 16.  Maybe, just maybe if our school system would still show movies or take kids on educational field trips.  Get some sun, have some fun. Let them dream and hope for what they thought was impossible.  

Especially kids from the North.  I was taught mostly about slaves, their owners, the civil war.  There is so much out there that I feel cheated.  I am now 53 living in the South.  Learning and loving it.  Trying to fill my mind with as much history as I can for all my grandchildren.
